Terms of Use
1. Agreement
These terms cover your use of GenX Quiz Show (the "app"), published by Brainstorm Innovative Technologies, LLC ("we", "us"). By downloading or using the app, you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
2. What you may do
We give you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to install and use the app on your own devices, for your own enjoyment. Please do not copy the app or its question bank to republish them, sell them, or build another product from them, and do not reverse engineer the app except where the law allows it regardless of this term.
3. Accuracy
We check each answer against a published source and show you that source after you answer. We take wrong answers seriously, and if you spot one, please report it. Even so, trivia is for entertainment. The app is provided "as is", and we do not promise that every question is free of error or that the app will always work without interruption.
4. Names in the questions
Trivia questions refer to real titles, people, and events, because that is what trivia is. We use those names only to ask factual questions. GenX Quiz Show is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by any show, studio, band, performer, or brand that a question mentions. All such names belong to their owners.
5. Ads and purchases
This version of the app has no advertising and no in-app purchase. If a later version adds ads or a one-time purchase, these terms will be updated first to explain how they work.
6. Your information
How the app handles information is explained in the Privacy Policy, which is part of these terms.
7. Changes
We may update the app and these terms. When we change the terms, we will change the date at the top of this page. If you keep using the app after a change, you accept the new terms.
8. Disclaimer and limits
To the fullest extent the law allows, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, and we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app. Our total liability for any claim relating to the app is limited to the amount you paid us for it, if anything. Nothing in these terms limits any right or liability that the law does not allow to be limited.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Disputes will be heard in the state or federal courts located in Florida, except where the law of your home place gives you the right to go elsewhere.
